Ryan Keith Ricks, age 34, passed away in his home in Moscow, Idaho in the arms of his wife, and holding his mother's hand. Ryan was born in Rexburg, Idaho on October 22, 1979 to Hal P. and Jeanne Crain Ricks. He attended South Fremont High School and attended the University of Idaho for 2 years. He worked in positions including electrical work, construction, and as a certified nursing assistant. He was sealed to LeAnna Mischa (Selman) Ricks on December 20, 2006 in the Idaho Falls Temple. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and enjoying nature. His favorite place to be was in the boat with his wife, fishing in the sun on Dworshak Reservoir. He will be remembered as the man with the brightest smile, the warmest heart, and the loudest laugh. His friends and family know that he is finally done with his battle with cancer, and that he is resting with his Father in Heaven, and his other relatives who have already passed on. He is survived by his wife, LeAnna in Moscow, his parents, Hal and Jeanne Ricks of Teton, and siblings: Craig P., (Kena) Ricks, St. Anthony; Becky Halliday, Orem UT; Weston (Bridget) Ricks, Moscow ID; Jerry D (Diana) Ricks, Chubbuck ID; Kyle (Ashley) Ricks, Montana; Halee (Aaron) Brogdon. He is dearly loved by his wife, family, friends, and adored by all 17 of his nieces and nephews. His funeral service will be held in Teton, Idaho at the Teton LDS Second Ward Chapel on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM. A viewing will be helda€€on Mondaya€€evening froma€€6:30-8:30a€€at Bidwell Funeral Home in St. Anthony, Idaho. A memorial service for his Moscow friends will be announced and held at a later time.
