Brett Ballard

Brett Allan Ballard, 51 of Moscow, Idaho, was born  on May 12, 1970 in Missoula, Montana.  He passed away on July 25, 2021.  Brett was the second child born to Blake and Judy Ballard, joining older brother Scott and later joined by brother Ryan and sister Kristen Ballard.  Brett graduated from Moscow High School in 1991.

Brett enjoyed life.  He loved to visit family, go for rides, shop, watch videos, look at family pictures, eat out and watch others participate in various activities.  He was very sociable and made many friends in his life.

Brett is survived by parents Judy and Randy Luther of Spokane, and Blake and Lynda Ballard of Moscow. He is also survived by brother Scott Ballard (Kayce) of Spokane, sister Kristen Ballard (Joe) of Las Vegas NV, brother Ryan Ballard (Tracy) of Colbert WA, brother Chip Flisher (Nancy) and sister Colene Flisher of Moscow, brother Eric Luther of Salt Lake City UT and sister Andrea Morgan (Joe) of Spokane.  He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews,  10 grand nieces and nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents Lewis and Lillie Ballard of Asheville, NC and Karl and Margaret Bachman of Kalispell, MT.
