Belinda Niebuhr

Belinda (Smith) Niebuhr was tragically taken by violence on January 10, 2015 in Moscow, Idaho, after courageously saving many of her co-workers. She is the beloved mother of Andria and Shannon Niebuhr and Zackery, Kayleigh and Jessie Patterson. Her devoted fiance was Don Fristoe. She is also survived by her parents, Connie and James Smith and Chuck and Marilyn Trissell. Her siblings are Theresa, Becky, Theran, Michael and Stanley. Belinda was the sister of Debbie Smith, James Smith,Jr., Dawn Johnson, Janet Lynn Oberst and Jamie Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren, Jaden and Maddix, and numerous other family and friends. Visitation hours will be Sunday, January 18, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm with funeral services on Monday at 11:00 am. River Cities Funeral Chapel, 910 Soule St., West Sacramento, Ca. 95961. There will be a private inurnment. Our family wishes to extend our deepest sympathy to those families so deeply affected by this senseless act.
