Bobbie Lynn Armstrong Werner

Bobbie Lynn Armstrong Werner, 59, of Tekoa, Washington, passed away in Potlatch, Idaho, on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

Bobbie was born on April 28, 1967, in Vancouver, Washington. She earned her GED from Walla Walla Community College and later attended Trend Business College. For the past six years, she worked as a CNA at the Tekoa Care Center, where she dedicated herself to caring for others.

Bobbie enjoyed camping, crafting, surprising her family with thoughtful gifts, spending time with her grandchildren, and helping those around her. She will be remembered for her caring heart, generosity, and devotion to her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Blair Jr.; her mother, Jeannette Carol Shatz; and Robert Lee Werner.

Bobbie is survived by her children, Jennifer Lynn Barbeau, Jackson Lee Newman III, Justina Crystal Fedor, Jeffrey David Armstrong Riley, Julia Ray Armstrong, and Tyler Ziskers; her siblings, Bobbie Weaver and Tamara Trent; and her seven beloved grandchildren. She also leaves behind numerous extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

An open Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at 211 B Street, Tensed, Idaho 83870. Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories of Bobbie's life.
