Bradley Kenneth Meckel

Bradley Kenneth Meckel passed peacefully at home on September 12, 2026.

Bradley was born January 9, 1971, to Kenneth E. Meckel and Sheryl Gleason in Colfax, Washington. Bradley primarily grew up in Potlatch, Idaho, on his family’s farm, where he learned to be a jack of all trades. He spent his years working many different jobs, including mechanic work, manufacturing, logging, and 15 years at NAPA.

Bradley enjoyed many things, including hunting, fishing, mechanic work, and spending time playing with his grandkids. Bradley is survived by his wife, Jackie, of 29 years; his two daughters, Tayon (Nathan) Gunkle and Kathleen (Hunter) Tomsick; six grandchildren; his brother, Donny; his grandmother, Wanda; and many friends and family members.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents; his little brothers, Jeremy Meckel and Jonathan Anderson; and his grandparents, Fred and Blanche Meckel and Robert Gleason.

A graveside service will be held September 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Freeze Cemetery, with a potluck dinner to follow at the Scenic Six Depot in Potlatch.
