Crystal M. Crozier

Crystal Marie Crozier, 46, passed away at her home on Saturday, July 9, 2022.

Crystal was born May 11, 1976 in Colfax, Washington. She attended Jennings Elementary School and Colfax High School where she played several sports. She grew up on the family farm originally homesteaded in the 1860’s by her Irish ancestors.

She worked as a nurse’s aide and later became a personal caregiver for Andrew Becker for several years in Moscow, Idaho where she eventually settled.

Crystal was active in her community and church, St. Augustine’s in Moscow. She and her family attended many community events. She participated in her church’s Catholic mom’s group and brought food for Family Promise. When a friend was in need, she would bring food and help with household chores.

She met her husband, Dave Crozier, through a mutual friend in December 2012. They were married August 12, 2017. They had one daughter, Zoey. She and Dave had a great love of sports. The family attended UI Vandals games and enjoyed baseball and football.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dave Crozier, her father, Mark Presnell, and her grandparents, Roland and Ermaleen Schlaht.

She is survived by her daughter, Zoey Crozier of Moscow, Idaho; mother, Dorothy Presnell of Portland, Oregon; brother Mike Presnell of Warren, Oregon; sister, Mary Presnell of Portland, Oregon; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a rosary with mass to follow on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 9:30 AM at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Moscow. Burial will follow mass at the Moscow City Cemetery.
