Dale Eugene Anderson

Dale Eugene Anderson was born May 16, 1956 in Moscow, Idaho to Darin Eugene and Virginia Ruth (Hurlbert) Anderson. He died June 21, 2024 of a heart attack.

Dale graduated from Deary High School in Deary, Idaho in 1974. He was employed for many years as a casino worker in Jackpot, NV. He also worked as a truck driver for Swift Trucking. Recently Dale was a caretaker of his father, Darin at the family farm. Dale loved dogs and owned many over his lifetime.

Darin, Dale and Nancy are survived by their beloved daughter/sister Vicki Anderson, cousins; Tami Ochoa and Paula Knapstead. They are now living in their heavenly home withVirginia, Darin’s sisters, Sharon Anderson, and Janice Knapstad, and their parents/grandparents, Virgil and Louise Hurlbert, and Pearl and Victor Anderson.

They will be buried at the Pinecrest Cemetery in Deary, Idaho. A memorial service to honor Darin, Nancy and Dale will be held at the Deary Lutheran Church on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 11:00 am. A luncheon will follow. In leiu of flowers, donations to honor Darin, Nancy or Dale may be donated to the ALS Foundation (lovelifeals.org) or the Deary Lions Club.

A memorial service will be held for Dale, Darin and Nancy September 12, 2025 at 11:00am and Zion Lutheran Church in Deary, ID with a reception to follow.
