Evelyn Paul

Evelyn June Paul, 68, passed away February 13, 2016 of cancer. She had been a resident of Syringa Chalet Nursing Facility in Blackfoot, Idaho for the past month. The family is grateful for the supportive, compassionate staff and the care she received while she was there. Evelyn was born March 13, 1947 at Colfax, WA to Lawrence and Grace (Stewart) Paul. She grew up on the family farm east of Moscow and attended Moscow schools, graduating in 1966. She lived most of her life in the Moscow and Lewiston area, but always thought of Moscow as home. Evelyn is survived by her brothers Everett (Sandra), Darrel (Dawn) and Russell (Marcy) and sisters Charlotte Hawley (Lee) and Marilyn Dye (Michael). Memorials may be given to Hope Center for Women and Children (in Itarsi, India) and sent c/o Peter Walker, 3915 Cemetery Rd., New Meadows, ID 83654. A graveside service will be held Friday, February 19th at 1:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Moscow. Pastor Ed Eby of the Moscow Church of the Nazarene will officiate.
