Frank was the Agent for Moscow, Pullman and Colfax, retiring in 1986.

Frank and Peggy were both active parishioners of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Moscow, serving as sacristans and Eucharistic ministers.  Frank was a member of the Knights of Columbus.  He was an avid and bountiful provider by way of his 73 year passion for gardening. For 23 years, he sponsored his extended family in the annual Spokane, WA. Bloom’s Day Run.

Frank is survived by his wife of 75 years, Peggy, at their Moscow home, his daughters, Sharon (Patrick) Louthian of Chattaroy, WA, Joan James of Elk, WA, Pam (Ted) Bradbury of Portland, OR and his son, Frank, Jr. (Sandie) Schneider of Leesburg, VA. Frank was a trustworthy friend and an everyday joy to encounter in the public square.  He is lovingly respected and mourned by the relatives and his large progeny.  They also are rooted by his tender care and firm guidance.  But, as he would say, “That’s a color of a different horse.”
