Jennie Mcgregor

Jennie (Kirby) McGregor of Moscow, Idaho was born June 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio to William and Mary Kirby and passed away February 21, 2025.

She loved to spend time in nature and found great joy looking out on the beautiful landscapes surrounding her. She worked diligently at Washington State University in the office of student financial aid until she retired. Jennie’s love of drawing and photography remained consistent throughout her life, and she always had a passion for reading and animals. She loved her Moscow community and was a grateful member of United Church of Moscow for 15 years; her faith was a constant support throughout her life. Jennie loved her whole family dearly and could always be counted on for supportive and comforting words.

Jennie is preceded in death by her sister, Karleena Ravenwood.  She is survived by husband Rick Mcgregor, brother Peter (Rosanna) Kirby and step-children Gram (Jayme) McGregor and Amie (Greg) Belisle. She also leaves behind beloved nieces Sesaly (Timothy) Stamps, Kathryn (Kirk), Rachel (John) Kirby, Hannah Kirby; and five grandchildren Anastatia (Levi) Abrams, Matthias McGregor, Victoria (Brady) Hansen, Lily Belisle and Evalyn Belisle.
