Kert is survived by his brother, Dean Colvin and family of Moscow, ID and his sister, Keri San Miguel and family of Ithaca, NY. He also leaves an aunt, Marlene Garrison in Lewiston, cousins and nieces and nephew. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Short's Funeral Chapel in Moscow. A luncheon and reception will be in the fellowship hall of the Moscow Church of the Nazarene afterward. A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Palouse. The family suggests memorials be made to the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department or to a charity of choice.
