Kris E. Bell

Kris Ellen Bell, 58, Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother, returned home Saturday, April 5th, 2025.

Kris was born in Fort Ord, Monterey, CA and grew up at multiple military bases across the US and Canada as her father served his country in the Navy eventually later in life settling in Moscow, ID.

Kris was the eldest daughter of 3 to Maria Bell and Frank Bell. Kris graduated high school in Cove, Arkansas, class of 85’ and discovered her passion in cosmetology and went on to graduate from Mr. Leon’s School of Hair Design, Moscow, ID. Her passions in life outside of cosmetology included, hiking, rock hounding, swimming and reading as she loved nature along with adventure. Kris joins her daughter Erica Weems in heaven.

She is survived by her mother, 2 daughters, Angela Sliger and Cassidy Caraker and 2 grandsons, Samuel Apperson and Daniel Peters who will always deeply miss her.
