Mose M. Kimberling, of Moscow died Sunday August 16, 2015 at Gritman Medical Center in Moscow. He was 75. Mose was born October 5, 1939 in Myrtle, Idaho to Paul and Ruth Kimberling. The family relocated to Moscow when Mose was 3. Mose attended Moscow school and graduated from Moscow High School in 1958. On August 20, 1960 Mose married Helen Heppner in Moscow. They made their home in Moscow where they raised their family. Shortly after high school Mose went to work at Tri-State and worked there for over twenty years. After a short stint at Standard Lumber, Mose went back to Tri-State for another 11 years. Mose went to work for the U of I in 1987 and worked in the maintenance shop until retirement in 2002. Mose was an avid reader and loved to play volleyball. He could often be found at youth sporting events watching his children and grandchildren, but could always be found in the morning at the McDonalds on the Pullman highway with the rest of the "coffee cronies." Mose was preceded in death by his son Dennis Kimberling of Rathdrum, ID and a sister Roberta Mundell. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Helen at their Moscow Home. Sons Jeffrey(Megan) Kimberling of Pullman, WA and Timothy(Peggy) Kimberling of Kellogg, ID, Brother Karl Kimberling of Culdesac, ID Sister Paula Moore of Amhurst, NY, 8 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday August 22, 2015 at the Moscow Cemetery. A luncheon reception will follow at the First United Methodist Church in Moscow. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Moscow Ambulance Fund, or the charity of the donor's choice.
