Tony Robert Hall, 40, of Gainesville, GA passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack on Friday, August 21 in Macon, GA. Tony was born in Kellogg, ID on March 23, 1975 to Connie and Ken Hall (Moscow, ID). He moved to Boise, ID in 1977 and to Moscow, ID in 1981 where he went through all 12 years of school, graduating from Moscow High School in 1993. He was an athlete from grade school on and played soccer, baseball, track, basketball, football and golf in high school and was the kicker for the 1992 State Football Championship team. Tony attended Lewis and Clark in Lewiston in 1994 and the University of Idaho 1995 before going into business with his father as manager of the Emerald Gourmet, a kitchen and coffee store in the Eastside Marketplace in Moscow, Idaho. In 1998 Tony moved to Florida where he worked for Wiggin Brothers Drilling. He married Sola Atkins in Eustis,FL in 2001 and had 2 beautiful children, Zoey Hall and Zane Hall who were the light of his life. They moved to Georgia in 2007 where they were later divorced. He moved to Carnesville, GA but eventually settled in West Union, SC and began working for Aerocom in Gainesville, GA., a company and job he totally enjoyed. His children and their activities were the sole focus of his life. His greatest joy was seeing his two sons and his nephew take up football; a sport that he loved to play and to watch his daughter perform in both athletics and chorus. Tony is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Hall, his grandfather William Hall, grandfather Robert Bottjer and grandmother, Mary Ellen Bottjer. Tony is survived by his children Garrett Martin (21) (Twin Falls, ID), Zoey Hall (13) and Zane Hall (11)(Gainesville, GA) , mother Connie Hall (Moscow, ID), brother Kelly Hall and wife Erica (West Union, SC), nephew Kenly Hall and niece Hannah Hall. He also leaves his grandmother, Lois Hall and an uncle, Warren Hall, both in Coeur d'Alene, ID. A celebration of life took place in Gainesville, GA on Sunday, August 30 at the Chattahoochee Golf Club. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 4:00 PM at the Moscow First United Methodist Church. Private interment will be at the Viola Cemetery prior.
