Janice Mae Norgaard, 87, passed away on June 20, 2023.
She was born May 16, 1936 in Libby, Montana to Harold and Ada Flatt.
Janice married James Norgaard in 1958 and made their home in Orofino. In 1960, they moved to Moscow and raised their three children there.
Janice suffered life long health issues, but enjoyed doing what she could for others. She knitted countless outfits for newborn babies. She also learned to play piano as a young girl. Her greatest accomplishment was being a loving mother and wife, helping raise three children successfully. She will be greatly missed.
Janice was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and appreciated the Bible’s promise of a resurrection with perfect health in the future.
She is survived by her loving husband, James of Moscow; daughter, Ronda of Moscow; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Tammy of Moscow; son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Paula of Boise. She was preceded in death by her father Harold, mother Ada, and brother Marvin.
A memorial service will be held Saturday July 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. 1290 Johnson Avenue, Pullman, Washington.
